Why ALCO-CHECK was created

The statistics in New Zealand are sobering. Last year alone, there were 120 fatal crashes and 460 major injury crashes. Many of these tragedies could have been prevented.

We believe that having a reliable disposable breathalyser readily available can make a significant difference. It encourages people to pause and think twice before getting behind the wheel. It also provides clarity for those who might feel they are under the limit but are, in fact, just over it, helping them make responsible decisions and avoid charges.
